How to Add Photos/Video in Condoit

Learn all the ways you can add photos to your Site Walk and Single-Line Diagram (SLD) designs in Condoit.

Add Photos to a Site Walk Form

You can flexibly add media as you go or upload it after your Site Walk. The options are designed to support your process and preference, so choose the loading option(s) that work best for you.

When accessing the Site Walk Form, imply tap on the + icon in any section to select an option for adding photos. The options include:

1. Take New Photo(s). Capture real-time images directly from the app to easily document important details or progress on the go. Images can be added individually or multiple images can be loaded simultaneously to a section.
2. Record New Video. Walk and talk to cover all of the details in a single capture. Full context about the site and equipment, all images, and al notes are integrated - and it's done in SECONDS! Only available for select subscription plans.
3. Choose Existing Photo(s). Use your phone's camera to take multiple photos and then upload relevant photos from your camera roll. You can do this during the Site Walk or save time in the field by loading the images after your leave.
4. Choose Existing File(s). Upload photos from specific folders or directories on your device to easily organize and manage your project photos in a way that makes sense to you. 

Move Photos

If an image or video needs to be placed in another section, you can move it rather than deleting and uploading again.

1. Tap a piece of equipment.
2. Select Photos & Videos.
3. Tap the + icon.
4. Select your preferred method for adding media. It's that easy!
