How to remove an account from the app.
There are a few scenarios when deleting an account would be preferable to making it "inactive."
1. The account is a duplicate and should not be used as the TRUE account.
2. The account was used in a free trial test version, and the data is neither useful nor real.
3. Other criteria per the account Administrator.
Condoit's Customer Success team can delete / remove an account from the app, which would remove all users and projects. The Administrator or company point-of-contact should send a written request to support@condoit.io.
